Bring your ideas to life

This is the first course of its kind, including national and international industry expertise and local context in Minnesota. The Offsite Accelerator Course for this first Innovation Cohort will consist of four sessions on offsite construction, including an introduction to key concepts and terminology, issues around team formation, manufacturing, assembly and design, and project management. Each session will have significant time devoted to direct interaction with course leaders and experts.

Participants are encouraged to work with an existing or planned residential project during the course so that they can apply the course information to a real project. The final workshop will be designed for the participants to receive general feedback about their project from the lead instructors, other experts, and fellow members of the Cohort.

These architects, professors, entrepreneurs, and builders are at the cutting-edge of offsite construction and have helped thousands of people enter and thrive in this space.
